When it comes to vulnerable and elderly relatives, finding the right care from the right people at the right time is a challenge. I was fortunate enough to be pointed in the direction of Rosie and Ivy Care Services.

Worrying about relatives rarely disappears; particularly as I don't live near my family. Although I won't easily achieve an entire peace of mind, with ICS on my side I feel more confident between my visits, safe in the knowledge that, as well as receiving excellent support, my parents are being regularly visited by trusted and genuinely caring professionals.

When mum passed we was so worried about dad and how he would cope
You visited two hours a day during the week taking the pressure off the family and dad loved your company he sat in his words
She is a right laugh
He loved sitting together having a pot of tea
Rosie helped with the chores too which helped the family
Dad said Rosie never stopped working all the time she was there and left the family a handover .
Dad has now been moved to a care home permanent due to his dementia has got worse and social services say dad can no longer live on his own
